Simply contact your current internet service provider and kickstart the termination process. Once the current account is terminated, head over to our registration section and sign up for the Time Fibre Home plan.
Yes, You are entitled to the said promotion as long as you sign up within its promotion period.
However, if the installation has not taken place within 2 months of your subscription date, your application for a fibre home plan will be withdrawn. Thus, you will no longer be entitled to that promotion.
Depending on your building type, installation requirements and internet needs, new fibre home plan subscribers may receive:
- OmniMesh Wi-Fi 5 devices (Huawei HG8145V5 or WA8021V5) for the 100Mbps plan; or
- OmniMesh Wi-Fi 6 router (Huawei HG8145X6) for the 500Mbps and 1Gbps plans.
Yes. A maximum of 2 voice lines are allowed per account.
However, you may only subscribe to the TIME Voice Home Basic plan that runs on a pay-as-you-use basis. You can only access the line via the TIME Voice app.
